Brandon Harton and Kyle Karempelis (Care-em-pell-iss) will both get the call this weekend to replace injured Richard Samuel and suspended RB's Isaiah Crowell, Carlton Thomas, and Ken Malcome this weekend against NMSU. Never seen these guys? Well, unless you were from Wesleyan or Tattnall County, you probably have never seen these guys play.

Georgia's suspension of three of their scholarship running backs has led to wild media speculation about whether or not Georgia withheld the players' suspension until after the Florida game in order to get a win over their big rivals. However, today, Mark Richt and AD Greg McGarity went on record to defend their actions and refute any speculation that Georgia withheld any results or suspensions until after the Florida game.

Georgia heads into this weekend's non-conference match-up against New Mexico State without its top 4 running backs. In fact, of the 1300+ yards the Bulldogs have amassed rushing, 1100+ will be missing from the depth chart this weekend.

Well, Georgia will be without two defensive starters when they play Florida next weekend. Starting safety S. Williams and K. Geathers will be out for the first half vs. the Gators. Now, I've been on a rant since we've gotten back from Nashville about Franklin and Vanderbilt. With regards to what happened with Geathers, I am completely disgusted with the act of the Vandy center, and am glad he received a suspension. However, I feel like Geathers got the shaft. Anyone goes at me in that way, and I'm pretty sure I'd throw something.
